-SPEAK & READ WAX MUSEUM PANDEMONIUM- (2005)
the visual companion to the album:LISTEN & UNDERSTAND WAX MUSEUM PANDEMONIUM (2005)
music and illustrations by clemens & noah s. poole
we intend to begin the publication of the previous work here, perhaps exclusively articles from the book, SPEAK & READ WAX MUSEUM PANDEMONIUM or maybe the musical accompaniment included. in whatever form, if you like, you will have access to some of our older works on this page in the coming weeks. if i can remember what order the book goes in they might be presented in something close to their original sequence. hopefully some of them will come through in color, as we were previously unable to release them because of the prohibitive cost of color printing. whether we can find the files remains to be seen. enjoy.
for those of you unacquainted with this older project, the album LISTEN & UNDERSTAND WAX MUSEUM PANDEMONIUM along with the book SPEAK & READ WAX MUSEUM PANDEMONIUM were released at the end of December 2005, created and published by the brothers Poole in austin, TX. the project contained art and music representing the band's repertoire at the time, mainly a series of duets musically and artistically. both sides of this original duo have subsequently branched out, noah continuing to head the growing masquerade in austin, and clemens (me) doing... umm... what you see here.

thank you Laboratoire de la Creation for allowing me a space to work, sleep, cook and enjoy the splendid city of paris. i have yet to visit the grave of julio cortazar, as was recommended to me by a nashville bookseller who had finished reading rayuela for the sixth time on the site, but i have made as much of my stay as i think i can while absorbing myself in this work. please leave comments on our myspace page if you have any feedback.
